Qualitative insights into the acceptance of <scp>QGIS</scp> in South Africa

We conducted a study to find out whether and why South African users accepted QGIS. In the quantitative part of study, we found that QGIS acceptance is primarily influenced by habit, followed facilitating conditions, price value, social influence. To better understand explain these results, qualitative in which semi-structured interviews were with 12 geospatial practitioners.
